“Kendall took me from a 4:07 first marathon to a 3:20 marathon within a year. She does a great job creating customized training plans that fit your schedule and most importantly makes training fun. She takes a genuine care in your progress and has a great ability to figure out what motivates you. Can’t say enough good things about working with Kendall.”

Working with Kendall was the best decision I made in my return to competitive running! As a former NCAA D1 athlete, I was used to a high-performance environment and wasn’t sure how that would translate into post-collegiate training—especially in a new event after time off. Kendall immediately earned my trust with her structured, smart training plans and her ability to tailor them to my background, goals, and life outside of running.
Her training struck the perfect balance between intensity and sustainability. I felt challenged but never burned out, and her regular check-ins kept me focused and accountable. Midway through training, I was already hitting my initial goal race paces in workouts—something I didn’t expect to happen so soon.
Kendall was born to do this!! She is a training nerd in the best way, incredibly reliable, and truly cares about athletes as people. Thanks to her, my first half marathon was successful and so fun!

“When I first started working with Kendall, my only goal for my first marathon was to break four hours. As the training went on, that goal kept changing — 3:45… then 3:30… and I ended up running a 3:17.
Kendall doesn’t just push you — she helps you realize you’re capable of way more than you think. She teaches you how to handle the workload, explains the “why” behind the training, and helps you actually understand what you’re doing instead of just blindly following a plan.
She’s also one of the most supportive people you’ll have in your corner. On the days you doubt yourself, she doesn’t. I seriously can’t say enough good things about her as a coach. 10/10 recommend.”

Pursuing running and strength coaching with Kendall was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to level up their running- whether that be via speed, form or overall knowledge. I chose the 6 month program and was immediately impressed by Kendall's breadth of knowledge and experience in the running world. I was interested in a few different areas - notably form, nutrition, and injury prevention, and Kendall provided deep insight to each. Whether via social media or published research papers, if I had a question, Kendall had an answer that was backed by data. As a strength and running coach, she was able to walk a fine line between pushing me to challenge myself while also being understanding of life circumstances (work travel, illness, etc.) and I was really impressed with how she was able to quickly adapt to how I operate in order to best support me and my workout plans. She would not plan workouts too far in advance so that she could curate each week to my schedule and the feedback I was giving her on how I was feeling and recovery. She used my running data in an easy to understand and accessible way to show me how my efforts were improving my overall fitness, which kept me motivated when the summer heat kicked in and I was feeling discouraged. Overall, Kendall is obsessed with running, and I mean that in the best possible way. If you spend time with her in the coaching space, her knowledge and passion will rub off on you, and you will improve as a runner and an overall athlete. For my first plunge into the "run coach" arena, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“I used to run consistently, but after years away from it, I decided to see what I could do. I started training on my own but felt like something was missing to really push me forward. I wasn’t sure how to structure my workouts to get the most out of my training. Thankfully, Kendall built a plan that worked perfectly for me. She didn’t just stop at creating the plan—she also checked in after my runs, gave feedback on how they went, and helped me figure out ways to improve. On top of that, she made sure my training fit seamlessly into my daily life. Her guidance made all the difference.”

Kendall is a fantastic strength coach. She takes a very wholistic approach to weight lifting that includes building strength and symmetry across your body. She is flexible, open minded, and knows when and how to adjust your program to meet your goals. I saw PRs on a weekly basis. This was a great pit stop to build muscle before beginning my cut.

“Kendall is very knowledgeable and supportive! She was very attentive during my initial intake and made sure she understood my goals and where I was starting from. She helps modify my workouts as needed, such as if things are too easy or hard, or special circumstances such as being on out of town. I’m very happy with Kendall’s coaching and my progress!”

“My experience has been incredible, the best of my life!! In such a short time, I fell in love with this discipline, I worked hard to be better, and I achieved great results. I was a complete beginner, and over time, with your support, I was able to understand many aspects of running and apply them to my training. I doubted myself a lot and what I could achieve in such a short time, but the consistency you encouraged in me helped me reach a good pace and build endurance that gives me great confidence in everything I’m capable of when I set my mind to it. Your workouts are great—sometimes a bit difficult to accomplish, but always motivating me to become better and better. I have so much to thank you for, not only as my coach, but also as that friend and confidant who gives without measure and without choosing whom. That companionship and support touched my heart in a brotherly way, and I’ve come to consider you part of my new family in Dallas.”

“Before working with Kendall, I’d run the Dallas Marathon twice. I finished both times, but I never felt like I had actually raced to my potential. My training was inconsistent, I didn’t know what I could safely adjust, and I kept making avoidable mistakes that either left me injured or not as fit as I thought I was going into race day.
With Kendall’s coaching, everything changed. With less than two weeks to go until my half marathon, I can honestly say I’m in the best running shape I’ve been in since varsity cross country over ten years ago. The difference has been her structure, her support, and the way she adapts the plan to real life while still keeping you progressing. I’ve trained more consistently, stayed healthier, and felt confident about what each workout is actually building toward.
Kendall also created an awesome community around her athletes. She planned group runs, events, and a supportive environment where brand-new runners and seasoned racers push each other in the best way. That community made it a lot easier to stay motivated and enjoy the process.
The results speak for themselves. In the Katy Trail 5K last year I ran 19:10; this year, during this training block, I ran 18:01. I’ve also PR’d in the 10K (Overall Winner of the Irving Oktoberfest 10K) and half marathon along the way.
I’m genuinely grateful for this coaching experience, and I’d recommend Kendall to anyone who wants to take their running to the next level; Whether you’re trying to stay healthy, get consistent, or finally race up to your fitness.”

“I had a great time working with Kendall. Through her coaching I ran my first half marathon and set a PR at a 7:31 pace when we originally started with a goal pace of around 8:30. Kendall was great at adjusting my training plan as we progressed through it, allowing me achieve beyond what I would have thought possible when I first started.”
